Do I need to include my charger and box to receive the full offer amount?
No, you only need to include the device to receive the full amount. However, if you are not using your old charger, cable, or box, we would be happy to help them find a new home :-)
How long does it take to receive payment once I ship my item?
Payments are made within seven (7) business days. Please ensure the device has all locks removed, it is clear for activation, and is exactly as described in the quoted offer to expedite the payment process.
